W2X Mobile ("we", "our", or "us") is a supplementary mobile app to the Waste2X IT product portfolio. 

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the limited information we collect to provide our services.

The app only collects data necessary to provide route guidance and fleet management: 

• Account Information: Login credentials are created and managed through our web platform by your organization. The app does not collect names, phone numbers, or personal identifiers. 

• Location Data: The app can collect your real-time GPS location while you are on duty. This allows your organization’s control center to track collection progress. 

• Device Information: We collect device model and operating system version for performance, troubleshooting, and compatibility. 

• Internal App Identifier: We generate a secure, app-specific identifier that is stored in encrypted storage on your device. This does not use any device-provided IDs. 

We do not collect: 

• Contact information (name, email, phone) 

• Financial, health, or sensitive personal data 

• Advertising or marketing identifiers 

How We Use Information:

We use collected information strictly for: 

• Displaying required data related to the job function. 

• Allowing control centers to monitor progress in real time. 

• Ensuring compatibility and fixing issues. 

• Maintaining secure app functionality. 

1. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Information is shared only within your own organization, which has purchased and set up our system.

Data Security

We use encryption to protect data in transit and at rest. The internal identifier is stored securely on your device. We follow industry best practices to prevent unauthorized access.

Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as your organization uses the system and as required to provide services. Your organization controls data retention through the web application.

Children’s Privacy

This app is intended solely for professional use by waste collection staff. It is not directed to or intended for use by children.

Your Rights

Since this app is provided through your employer or organization, data access and deletion requests should be directed to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements. Updates will be posted within the app or on our website.
